Ideally, the pizza stone should be between 350* - 400*C in order to cook the pizza quickly from the top and bottom. Not all wood is equal, some species burn hotter than others so ensure to try different wood species until you stone reaches the desired temperature. A good start is hardwood timber as opposed to softer timbers.

Pizza Peel Turner

An integral tool for any Pizza oven, the Pizza Turner allows you to spin the pizza inside the oven. Often there are slightly warmer areas of the pizza stone and it is essential that you turn the pizza to accommodate for this so that the pizza cooks evenly.

Pizza Rocking Cutter
