Rating100%I want to pass on to the manager that one of your staff who called me the other day displayed that kind of old fashioned high quality service we all used to take for granted in the retail sector. I can’t recall his name. In reply to my email to customer service he called me to check my order when he noticed that the side table I had ordered was different in colour from the sun lounges. He called to check just in case I had intended the matching colour, which I had, before the goods were dispatched. His thoughtfulness meant that I was not going to be a disappointed customer, through my own mistake, when the goods arrived. I am very grateful for his initiative. As a direct result of his action I have recommended your company to several of my colleagues and would be happy to do so again if others are looking for outdoor furniture and quality service. If you can identify the worker could you pass on my comments directly to him.

Rating100%I only required a small pin for my pod chair, which had been lost in a move, but Outdoor Living were able to immediately inform me that they were able to provide a new pin, the cost of it and the cost of postage. Once everything was settled they had it in the post to me in double-quick time. Their level of expertise and professionalism was such a welcome breath of fresh air that I cannot thank them enough. I would whole-heartedly recommend their business and service to anyone.
