Rating100%I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your customer service - everyone I spoke to there was very helpful, and well informed, and your delivery - our furniture was delivered within two days (interstate!), as well as the furniture itself, which is fantastic. The Tinamba lounge is incredibly comfortable, and beautiful to look at, and the Kakadu Pod chair, which is also amazingly comfortable, is now being used by our kids every day both for fun (they have it hanging from a tree), and for relaxation. Rating100%I'm very happy with the quality and comfort of the 4-piece Banksia setting I purchased from the Hoppers Crossing store. The in-store experience and service at both Cheltenham and Hoppers Crossing was first-rate. Unfortunately, there was a hiccup post-purchase with my delivery. The transport company confirmed a delivery date by phone and SMS, then failed to show. When I called them, I was advised the delivery had been cancelled by Outdoor Living because the stock had not arrived from overseas. The problem? No-one thought to advise me so I wasted a weekday afternoon waiting in vain. Highly inconvenient! Outdoor Living Direct apologised for their failure to communicate and re-scheduled delivery a week later. There was another small mix-up with the colour of the seat covers, but the company again responded promptly and provided a spare set of seat covers free of charge. As I've been in business myself, I understand that things don't always go to plan. What impressed me about Outdoor Living Direct is that they owned their mistakes and went the extra mile to make good and ensure my purchasing experience was ultimately a satisfying one. Definite brownie points for that! I'd happily purchase from them again and recommend them to others.
