To Management I am writing this email to let you know I had a great experience in your Hoppers Crossing store today. Anelia served us and she gave us good old fashioned customer service with a smile, which is very RARE in this day and age. I have a retail background therefore I know how hard it is to find good staff so I wanted to go out of my way to write this because she met all my high expectations, she was so helpful, polite and friendly. And I was indecisive and she was so patient! So Thank you Anelia, and keep doing what you are doing, because it's fabulous! And I also loved your stock, big range to choose from and great prices. The staff are so friendly and helpful in showing us around with the outdoor furniture. The prices are reasonable and much cheaper than what would you'd be getting out there at different outlet.
