Bought a beautiful outdoor table online from the Cheltenham store. For me, pickup was far easier at Hoppers Crossing, so the staff organised for it to be transferred to Hoppers. No stress. No fuss. No extra charge! When I arrived to pick it up, again no drama. Can't recommend them highly enough. Great products. Excellent service. Thanks

I purchased the largest cushion box i could find as it I have a 8 seater sun lounge and 2 sun beds which in total has around18 - 20 individual cushions. I looked at all the usual suspects around melbourne for a large wicker styled cushion box and couldnt find any that were A) Large enough to keep all the cushions B) Weather proof enough to keep water and dust out (most of my cushions are white) C) Value for money That is untill one of the stores i was looking in actually referred me to Outdoor Living direct. I found staff there were attentive and helpful when i arrived and even helped me load the flat pack onto the roof racks. Id highly recommend them and will be back for a table shortly, hoping for a post christmas sale :)
