I'm really happy with our new Killara outdoor setting. I shopped around for a 3-piece stackable setting in all the major outdoor furniture retailers and thought I'd try my luck online. I certainly lucked out! Outdoor Living Direct offered an almost identical setting for $200 less than the other retailers and to top it off I received free delivery within four days (Moorabbin, VIC to Sydney). We popped in on Friday and Karen immediately greeted us and came to assist us. Karen was extremely patient and knowledgeable as we debated lots of options and went out of her way to ensure that we would get delivery exactly when we needed. Karen’s customer service was outstanding - no question was too annoying or daft, and she really is an asset to Outdoor Living Direct, she was amazing. Table and chairs arrived THE NEXT DAY (we wanted something in stock) and it’s really great quality and looks fantastic in our garden. It is an excellent product and we were delighted we could mix and match the chairs to get a great price as a complete unit. We had already been to Bunnings, BBQ Galore and Freedom - I wouldn’t be going there ever again and would come to Karen first.
