To Management I am writing this email to let you know I had a great experience in your Hoppers Crossing store today. Anelia served us and she gave us good old fashioned customer service with a smile, which is very RARE in this day and age. I have a retail background therefore I know how hard it is to find good staff so I wanted to go out of my way to write this because she met all my high expectations, she was so helpful, polite and friendly. And I was indecisive and she was so patient! So Thank you Anelia, and keep doing what you are doing, because it's fabulous! And I also loved your stock, big range to choose from and great prices. We bought the Amani modular, a couple of armchairs and a coffee table. The plan was to buy the lounge one year and a dining table and 8 chairs the next as my husband insisted we only go for really well made, high quality furniture. The prices at Outdoor Living were so good that I was able to get the dining table and chairs included for the same price as I was about to pay for the modular alone at one of our large furniture retailers. We have had lots of large gatherings over summer- everyone has loved our furniture, it is really comfortable and still appears brand new. We have since bought the sun lounge which is the ultimate for outdoor relaxation-extra wide with super comfy mattress.
