Extremely easy for process, very friendly staff that are very helpful and knowledgeable on all their products. They filled us in on all the care instructions and warranty for our couch. As soon as I walked into this store I was greeted by the lovely Monique and felt really comfortable and not pressured at all. I could browse and not feel like I was being poached. When i decided on my lounge outdoor setting I could not get over the quality, the options to choose from colour and function wise and at an affordable price! Not to mention the options for covers that are quality to protect it! I will be sharing this store to all family and friends across Melbourne wide!
