I recently purchased the Camillla 4-piece outdoor sofa from Outdoor Living Direct and overall have been very happy with the purchase and would happily recommend this company to any buyer. The range is extensive and the website is well set out allowing one to easily identify the style one is looking for. The purchase process was simple and left me feeling confident. Only minor glitch was the site stating that my item was in stock however after not receiving any shipping note after several days I contacted the supplier to discover that they were awaiting more stock. My contact with the seller was positive. They were quick to reply and honest. The setting is of excellent quality and was easy to assemble. The seat and throw cushions are very good with the foam being firm and the material being hardy. Very happy with my setting. Saved hundreds over a retail store and got a high-quality lounge.

Amazing customer service- The manager of the store, Amy, helped my mother and I choose the perfect BBQ. We were given all of the information we needed to make the right choice (we had no idea what we wanted). There was even the option of delivery, which made my mothers life that much easier as there were a few more larger purchases we made along the way. Everything arrived promptly with no issues. Thank you so much to the staff- very professional and experts in their field :)

We ordered a number of different size outdoor bench cushions to our office in Sydney. The quality, colour and varying sizes were great and Outdoor Living were the only ones that had such varying stock (as we have all different size seats/benches to accomodate for across 2 level office). Delivery was quick and easy and I was updated multiple times along the way. Will definitely recommend and use again in future.
