I bought the Adele 3 piece lounge setting online for our deck area and it looks fantastic! Delivery and service were excellent with next day follow-up to arrange delivery of my purchase later that week. I did not have to wait a month or more for my lounge as would have been the case with other outdoor furniture retailers I'd looked at.

Excellent customer service. It's easy to get good customer service when you are purchasing but sometimes it's not so easy when a customer has an issue. Outdoor Living were really proactive when we had an issue with one of their products. The issue has been resolved now but the store and aftersales staff were very helpful
