Bought the Darcy range of furniture, lounge setting and dining chairs online as I live interstate. It is exactly as I was hoping, great quality, looks amazing in my alfresco area. Spoke to a woman on the phone about a table to match the chairs as she suggested the Cebu table which I also bought. It all looks great. Service and delivery wonderful.Thank you outdoor living direct.

Hi, I just wanted to email to advise how delighted I was with the experience in purchasing a Banksia outdoor setting from Outdoor Living. From initially looking at the website to delivery. This is my first purchase with you. Initially I visited the store on Friday 28th December and the female (sorry I did not get her name – reddish long hair) was very helpful without being pushy. I said I needed to give the purchase a little bit of thought but ask asked if I would like a brochure of the setting I was looking at and printed off a copy for me. Not all sales people do these simple things but this really helped me make the best decision for my circumstances as I changed my mind from the 2 seater to 3 seater lounge and purchased the extra cover set. When I ordered the product Dan was very helpful and answered any question I had. It is evident both sales people new the product and were very helpful. Not long after I ordered the product I received a text regarding delivery day, and well within the time frame Dan mentioned. Then it came to delivery. I received a text and phone call prior to the delivery which was bang on time which I really appreciated, great stuff. At the end of the day what is important is the product that I am now living with and I can say I couldn’t be happier with the product. Naturally over time I hope it will stand up to wear etc well, time will tell. In summary I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Outdoor Living. I will definitely be recommending anyone one that I know who is looking for outdoor furniture to visit Outdoor Living. As I do not have managements email address I would appreciate if this email could be passed onto them as it is a credit to the whole team there. GREAT SERVICE!! Cheers David
