Hello. I purchased a number of outdoor furniture settings from Outdoor Living Direct in June 2013. I have relocated over 10 times since then and sadly have had to give away some of the furniture, which was still in excellent condition. I just wanted to say how grateful I am and how wonderful it is to have purchased products which have far exceeded the normal lifespan of furniture. The 2x chairs and coffee table which I have kept are in new condition despite the multiple house moves and despite being subjected at times to the harsh Queensland sun. I recall that the entire purchase process was a pleasure and customer service was phenomenal. I have thought of sending my feedback multiple times over the years but alas distractions have gotten in the way, I apologise for the delay. We purchased another Kakadu egg chair as we were so pleased with the quality of our previous orders. Great service, easy to order, and when the order was ready for delivery we experienced professional staff and quick service. Would definitely order from them again. My Kingston sun lounges have just been delivered and I am very happy with them. The quality is great and they look fabulous next to my pool. I deliberated for weeks about buying furniture on line without seeing it or trying it out, but after several weekends of looking locally but not finding what I want, I came home and placed the order.
