Nice collection, good quality, great deals, nice staff, fast delivery and has disabled toilets too. (@dandenong-frankston road showrooms, you you will not find public toilets) Better wicker set quality and prices compared to harvey norman. Whats best is extra set of cousion covers for $100. Ask for deal and you may get a discount :) Highly Recommended !!

Good afternoon management and staff, I am so impressed with the fabulous service from outdoor living direct. Firstly I ordered 3 Kari pine benches in the wrong finish. You allowed me to swap them, fantastic! I have now received the natural oiled timber benches which I will paint later and I'm delighted with the quality. They were simple to assemble and the fittings being of high quality. I assumed that buying online removed me from personal service however this is not the case with outdoor living direct. Our phone conversations have been helpful with management and staff assisting in pleasant and professional manner. I'm happy for you to use this email on you webpage and social media pages.
