Hello. I purchased a number of outdoor furniture settings from Outdoor Living Direct in June 2013. I have relocated over 10 times since then and sadly have had to give away some of the furniture, which was still in excellent condition. I just wanted to say how grateful I am and how wonderful it is to have purchased products which have far exceeded the normal lifespan of furniture. The 2x chairs and coffee table which I have kept are in new condition despite the multiple house moves and despite being subjected at times to the harsh Queensland sun. I recall that the entire purchase process was a pleasure and customer service was phenomenal. I have thought of sending my feedback multiple times over the years but alas distractions have gotten in the way, I apologise for the delay. Today we were very fortunate to have dealt with Onelia at your Hoppers Crossing store. She went out of her way to accommodate our requirements for an outdoor setting. We travelled from Daylesford with the expectation that we could purchase a setting and take it with us on the day.
